Full Job Description

CRACO, LLC is looking for an experienced billing specialists to join our team. We are committed to providing a safe work environment for our employees, delivering the highest quality transportation services and building the best team in the industry.

Billing Specialist Needed:

  • Minimum of 2 Years of Oilfield or High Volume Billing Experience Required

  • Experience Analyzing and Maintaining Accounts Receivable Aging Reports

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills

  • Ability to Problem Solve and Respond to Billing Inquiries

  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Alpha Numeric Data Entry of 9000 KSPH

  • Dispatch Experience Beneficial
