Advanced dispatch technolodgy

Our dispatchers use a variety of tools to plan and schedule work based on desired delivery time, location, and other job requirements.  Some of these tools include geo-spatial reference tools (Mapping), automated route analysis tools, and fluid inventory management tools.  Dispatchers use these tools to determine the best qualified driver/tractor/trailer combination for a specific task and plan the work on that combination of assets.  This planning is achieved using algorithms that help dispatchers pick the asset best suited for the job based not only on where it is currently, but where it will be in the future.   Further analysis is made before dispatch to find any field assets (Rental equipment) that contains the product that is too be delivered to use that asset as a loading location.  This process reduces congestion at fixed loading sites, reduces windshield time to loading locations, and eliminated extra trips to empty assets for transportation to the next work site.

Paperless ticketing

CRACO uses a 100% electronic (Paperless) Planning/Scheduling/Dispatching/Invoicing system for all jobs.  All in formation is captured via electronic form sets and include time and geo-stamps and driver signatures that serve as a verification of work performed.

CRACO online provides 60+ pre-configured reports and KPIs giving users real rime visibility of their fluid transportation and management business.  Additionally, CRACO provides custom reports via the online portal to customers who have a reporting need not covered by pre-configured reports.  For customers that do not wish to use CRACO online, automated e-mail reports are available and can be scheduled at any frequency for our customers to receive vital data when and how it is needed.

System REliability

CRACO's uses propriety logistics, analytics, and ticketing/invoicing software developed and implemented in house.  CRACO owns and maintains the code base that powers all of our business applications.  Changes, modifications, and customizations to our applications to meet customer requests can usually be made within hours or days opposed to the weeks or months that it may take for a 3rd party vendor to update or patch a software package.  All applications are hosted on our local servers and all data systems are triple redundant.  Network and power connections are double redundant in the event of a utility outage.

Reliance on outside software plugins is minimal allowing CRACO to maintain an up time of 99.98% on all internal systems. 

Fluid inventory managament

CRACO’s logistics software tracks the location, position, status, and condition of all rental equipment in real time.  The system also makes associations to job information on those assets.  Every time a piece of rental equipment is moved, its location is updated in our dispatch application (location name & GPS).  At the time of delivery an association is made to link the order information to the asset including: Rig, workgroup, approver, billing information, intended use, current condition, and current status.  From that point any volume that is added to or removed from the asset is recorded in real-time and is visible to both CRACO dispatchers and customers via CRACO online.  Dispatchers and customers are able to search for rental equipment based on location, products contained in equipment, volumes, approver, workgroup, or any other characteristic of the asset. 

Fluid inventories are recorded on all CRACO rental equipment and a history of all products that were ever contained in the asset is available inside CRACO’s systems and on CRACO online.
