CRACO will integrate safe and healthy work environment objectives for all employees into our business planning, decision-making, performance tracking and governance processes to ensure we achieve and continually improve upon our goals. We expect companies providing services to CRACO to demonstrate the same high standards.

CRACO will provide the facilities, equipment, tools, procedures, programs and training for employees to work injury free and ensure environmental accountability. Each employee has an individual responsibility to understand and support our health, safety and environmental policies and to actively participate in programs to ensure our goals are achieved. This responsibility includes following CRACO's policies and procedures, planning each work activity using appropriate risk assessment tools, employing good judgment and skills, along with a sincere dedication to company objectives.

All CRACO employees are expected to be engaged in the company’s safety and environmental management processes. Engagement includes communicating with all the parties involved about safety and environmental related behaviors and conditions, bringing to management’s attention those issues which require their involvement and support, and exercising stop work authority when appropriate.

CRACO requires all management and supervisory personnel to provide the leadership and resources to inspire and empower our employees to take responsibility for their actions and for their fellow employees to prevent injuries, illnesses and adverse environmental impacts, and create a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace.

Through our leadership, commitment and engagement all CRACO employees must accept the challenge to share our core value for the protection of people and the environment, understand their obligations, actively participate, and take responsibility both on and off the job.
